Hi-Vol Products, was founded in 1951, in Livonia, Mi, to produce screw machined tube fittings for the automotive industry. Over a  period of many years Hi-Vol Products has migrated from the screw machine manufacturing process to the more efficient and cost effective cold forming process.  Through hard work and new technology we have evolved into a leading manufacturer of complex cold formed and precision machined parts for automotive, industrial, and aerospace industries.

Hi-Vol Products, a TS16949, ISO14001, and soon to be AS9100 certified company, has a rich history of providing technological leadership in our industry by investing in new forming, thread rolling, machining, and testing and inspection equipment.  This continuous investment in technology will allow Hi-Vol to remain a market leader in cold formed and precision machined products well into the future.

Hi-Vol Products has many diverse number of product offerings.  Our current product lines include: Tube fittings (Male and Female), MAThread fittings, Fuel rail components, Spacers/Bushings/Sleeves, Aerospace fastener products, Hose couplings, and we continue to support aftermarket wheel locking kits.  These products are only the start of our capabilities.  Our high speed forming equipment is able to form products as small as 0.250” (6.35 mm) and as large as 1” (25mm) diameter.  We also have experience in the forming and machining of Stainless steels and Titanium products.  As we move forward, we understand that we must continue to keep advancing in our forming techniques to satisfy all of our customers needs.
